I think it's quite interesting that I have always chosen a challenge over a cop out in life, even when it comes to the smallest things. I think the fact that I am so drawn towards video editing and graphic design is a reflection of this as both are extremely challenging despite how simple they come off as at times. Despite how frustrating these challenges can be, it's what draws me towards it the most.

Recently especially, I have been doing quite a lot of logo design, which I feel is something I would enjoy as part of a graphic design career. Redesigning the branding for existing companies and fictitious ones is great practice and because I enjoy creating a result that people react positively to, I would like to have it be something that I do as a career. However, video editing is something that I have been doing for much longer and I have a lot more experience in a lot of different software and methods so it would definitely be a good idea to find a career where I can showcase my skills and knowledge. From my previous work, I know that I have the ability to edit well for content creation (along with this I have my SEO knowledge to support me), but I can also edit other types of projects as well.

More recently I have found myself enjoying work from behind the scenes such as audio and camera management. From my experience creating music and video projects, I am somewhat familiar with certain principles within this sector meaning I will learn fast, but I know there is still a lot more that I need to learn when it comes to live production and using physical version of boards featured on DAWs and other editing software.
